Erin Pike Tall, M.M. holds both a bachelor’s degree in Choral Music Education and a Master’s degree in Choral Conducting from the University of Utah. As the Director of Choirs at Cottonwood High School in Salt Lake City from 1999 to 2010, she worked with students and directors in concert venues throughout the states of Utah, California, Nevada, and Washington, and has since recruited several Cottonwood High alumni. Erin served as an assistant conductor, accompanist, and vocal soloist for the Salt Lake Choral Artists under the direction of Brady Allred, and sang with the Utah Chamber Artists and the Deseret Chamber Singers.
When I heard the Salt Lake Symphonic Choir perform in 2018, I didn't know a piece of my soul was missing. I joined the choir the next semester and have found something that feeds my soul. Each Thursday, I get to forget the world and create with this fabulous choir community.
